For many years now I've lived with mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, stress, constant feeling of unwant, the feeling of being unloved, constant need to be liked and appreciated and feeling like the world would be a better place just to name a few.

The reason behind this blog, is to help others understand what it feels like on a day to day basis, to live with the struggle of having mental health issues.
